A very excited Mango Tango received the 2016 Rock Scholars Band of the Year award at the annual Festivus event last week.
Despite tough competition from fellow nominees Mixed Signals and Dream of Empire, Mango Tango was a unanimous choice of the judging panel. The Mangos have won a two day recording and mixing package with local legend Mike 'Jelly' Jelinek.
